Cancellation & Refund Policy:
1-Pick-ups from the Airport: We require two (2) hours cancellation
notice.
2-Pick-ups to the Airport: We require eight (8) hours cancellation
notice for early pick-ups.
Due to the high volume of NO SHOWS and LAST MINUTE
CANCELLATIONS we found ourselves under the obligation to
collect the payment in advance.
In order to confirm your reservation, we will contact you for your
credit card information, you can always pay the driver in cash upon
the drop-off and we will refund your credit card.
Please ignore this note if you are one of our contractors.
A refund will be issued based upon a valid cancellation notice.
We thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.
