Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy applies to online and phone reservations :

Pick-Ups from the RDU Airport :

Cancellation must be made (919-309-SAFE or 1-800-835-8053) at least two hours prior to scheduled arrival time. Payment will be refunded in full, if proper notice is given.

Pick-Ups to the RDU Airport :

Cancellation must be made (919-309-SAFE or 1-800-835-8053) at least one hour prior to scheduled pick up time for regular pick ups, and at least six hours prior to scheduled pick up time for early pick ups (before 6:00 am). Payment will be refunded in full, if proper notice is given.


Advance payment collected for the following:
  • All pick ups from the RDU Airport .
  • All early pick ups before 6:00am .
  • All out of town pick ups and drop offs .
